Evidence in Workforce Lab features workforce fellows from Colorado.

September 25, 2019 - In September, Results for America (RFA) launched the Evidence in Workforce Lab featuring a State and Local Workforce Fellowship that includes two Colorado representatives. The programs aim to help government leaders drive workforce dollars toward evidence-based, results-driven strategies that can help more Americans succeed in the workforce.

RFA has identified seven key recommendations for steering government workforce funding toward evidence-based strategies. The new State and Local Workforce Fellowship was launched to leverage these strategies and help state and local government leaders improve employment outcomes for their citizens.

The fellowship features 23 workforce fellows from seven states across the country, including two representatives from Colorado:

  • Lee Wheeler-Berliner, Managing Director, Colorado Workforce Development Council
  • Erin Jones, Director, Workforce Boulder County

The CWDC is excited to join the cohort of new RFA Workforce Fellows and be involved in this innovative work. Learn more about the Evidence in Workforce Lab and the State and Local Workforce Fellowship
