Northern Integrated Supply Project 401 Certification Application
The Water Quality Control Division is issuing the Public Notice of the Draft 401 certification and associated application for the Northern Integrated Supply Project (NISP). The 30-day comment period for the NISP 401 draft certification and application will be closed on April 22, 2019. Comments must be received electronically or postmarked by April 22, 2019. This comment period is for the 401 draft certification and associated application, and not for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS).

Submitting Comments on the NISP 401 Application
If you are submitting comments by email they must be received by April 22, 2019. Please send to the following email address:
- Note in the subject line that these are comments for the NISP 401 draft certification;
- If you are attaching a document to the email, please note that in the body of the email;
- When you submit a comment by email, you will receive an automatic reply confirming that the email was received.
