Northern Integrated Supply Project 401 Certification
The Division is issuing a supplemental public notice to review any impacts associated with the construction of conveyance pipelines as part of the NISP 401 application and draft certification.

This is a 30 day public comment period. Comments are due by close of business December 1st.
Please note there were no changes to the NISP 401 application from the March public notice. The Division will only accept comments on the NISP 41 application as they pertain to the construction of the conveyance pipelines. Comments not related to the construction of the conveyance pipelines will not be accepted.
