An overview of changes coming to Colorado’s Waste Tire Program due to the repeal of the Market Development Fund and End Users Fund on January 1, 2018.
Waste tire haulers, processors, end users, collection facilities, monofills and mobile waste tire processors are required to submit a waste tire annual report to us by April. 1, 2017.
