Waste tire fee
- All waste tire fees must be remitted to us and are due on the 20th day of each month.
You must submit a return to us each month even if you didn't sell any tires and no fee is owed.

- You must use Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Reader. (Download Adobe Reader) The form will not work with the default PDF viewer used by Chrome and some Apple browsers.
- New tire fee return form Use to submit form and pay online. (Use also for No Tires Sold this period.)
Pay by electronic check or credit card.
Ensure payer is authorized to use the account.
Online payment is preferred.
Paying by electronic check
A flat $1.00 charge will be made to your account when paying by electronic check (e-check), regardless of the transaction amount. You will need to carefully enter your 9 digit bank routing number and account number from your checking account to complete this transaction.
Paying by credit card
A service charge will be applied to credit card payments. The service charge equals ((transaction amount + $0.75) times 2.25%) + $0.75). We can accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Note: Online payment is provided by a third party working in partnership with the state of Colorado.

House Bill 14-1352 transferred the collection of waste tire fees to us, including remittance of the waste tire fee, correspondence and reporting.
