Amendments to Section 10 Waste Tires
The proposed changes will update the waste tire hauler and mobile waste tire processor registration requirements, add a scenario to the end user fund eligible end use table, and set the end user fund per ton rebate.

Amendments to Section 4 Financial Assurance Requirements
These proposed changes would eliminate subsections (1)(a)(b)(i)(ii) and (3)(a)(b)(c)(d).  The proposed changesprovide clarity and remove irrelevant language found in subsection (B) (Public Notice Component), subsection (C) (Recordkeeping and Reporting Reuirments), and subsection (D) (Calculations of Cost to be Assured) of the exising regulations.
