Notice of Rule-making Hearing for 6 CCR 1009-6, Newborn Hearing Screening
For those of you who have been following the rule-making process for 6 CCR 1009-6, Newborn Hearing Screening, the Board of Health approved the request for rulemaking on October 16, 2019.  The rule-making hearing will be held on January 15, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in the Sabin-Cleere Conference Room of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Bldg. A First Floor, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, CO 80246. Please see the attached official notice of rule-making hearing for details on providing oral and written testimony to the Board of Health.  ASL interpreter services will be provided.
