The Facilities and Construction Management (FACM) Division is an internal support organization for Jefferson County. Responsibilities include operations, capital construction management and repair/maintenance of county owned or operated properties. FACM strive to provide employees and visitors of county buildings with a safe, clean, comfortable and sustainable environment.

The FACM division has implemented a variety of facility improvements throughout Jefferson County facilities through performance contracting. These measures save energy, save water, and generate renewable energy.
