Children and youth with special health care needs
We ensure that children and youth with special health care needs (often known as CYSHCN) have the opportunity to grow, learn and develop to their highest individual potential.
We work with partners and local public health agencies to connect families to resources, provide care coordination and improve access to pediatric specialty care.
One of eight statewide Maternal and Child Health (MCH) priorities. We improve access to coordinated care for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and their families.
Recent Colorado and national data, including maternal and child health performance measures, as well as other measures of interest for the CYSHCN population.
