    • ​Everyone is required to upload a document to verify legal presence.

​General Education tab
  • Add new education record - High school diploma or GED
    • If you have completed high school or hold a GED, you will be required to upload a document to verify that you meet the minimum education requirement. 
      • Documentation can include high school or college diploma, GED certificate, college transcripts, military discharge papers.
      • If you do not have any official document to verify your education, you may upload a letter explaining your circumstances. 
    • Applicants using the allowed substitution for high school completion or GED will NOT complete this tab. The Portal will "read" the experience and TU sections to verify that the substitution requirements have been met.
  • ​Add new education record(s) - Postsecondary degree(s)
  • BE SURE TO SAVE CHANGES!

​Work Experience tab

  • Add new employer and related positions to your Employment Library.
  • Saved employers and related positions are collapsed in the My Employment Library box.
    • ​To view or edit saved information, select the blue edit icon next to the employer name.
    • The Portal defaults to allow entry of new position data.  To view or edit saved position information, select the blue <<Previous Position button.
  • After adding or editing information, BE SURE TO SAVE CHANGES!
​Certifications tab
  • View your Colorado-issued operator certificate(s).  You cannot edit these.
  • Add any operator certificates you may have from other states.  This is required for reciprocity applicants.
  • Optional: Add any professional certificates that are not Colorado-issued operator certificates.
  • NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO UPLOAD COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATES FOR TU CREDIT!
