Board of Health meetings

Board meetings are open to the public and held on the third Wednesday of every month at our main campus unless otherwise specified. Meeting documents are generally posted to this page by the second Monday of the month. Paper documents will no longer be provided at the meeting; however, they can be accessed via the department Wi-Fi.

This meeting is being held at Alamosa County Public Health, 8900 Independence Way, Building B, RM 108 AB, Alamosa, CO 81101 and starts at 9:30. Following the Board meeting, the Board will be meeting with staff from the San Luis Valley Public Health Partnership.  This is an informational session only. No policy, position, resolution, regulation, or rule will be adopted and no formal action will occur.

Request for Rule-making Hearing
No oral comments will be received at the request for rule-making presentation. Please contact the department staff identified below if you want to provide feedback about the proposed changes.  
 Requests for Approval of Funding Recommendations
The public is welcome to observe the request for approval of funidng recommendations; however, typically oral comments are not received for funding recommendations.
