Board of Health meetings

Board meetings are open to the public and held on the third Wednesday of every month at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment main campus unless otherwise specified. Meeting documents are usually posted to this page by the second Monday of the month. Paper documents will no longer be provided at the meeting; however, they can be accessed online via the department Wi-Fi.  
What to expect at a public meeting.
Please email regarding any questions you may have or if you would like to request call in information. Because the board is meeting offsite this month, there will be limited seating for observation and no call-in option.

Rulemaking Hearing
Oral testimony is permitted but will be limited to the scope of the rulemaking hearing.

​Request for Rulemaking Hearing
No oral comments will be received related to a request for rulemaking hearing. Please contact the department staff identified below if you want to provide feedback about the proposed changes.  

The public is welcome to observe presentations; however, usually oral comments are not received.
