AQCC meeting information and associated documents

 
The Colorado Air Quality Control Commission meets the third Thursday (and Friday, if necessary) of each month to develop and adopt a cost-effective and efficient air quality management program that promotes clean and healthy air for Colorado's citizens and visitors, and to protect Colorado's scenic and natural resources. The meetings are held at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South in Denver, unless otherwise noted on the commission's meeting agenda.
 
Provides upcoming commission meeting agenda and monthly meeting documents. Before, during and after each of these meetings, related information will be speedily posted for the convenience of the public and any interested parties.
 
Provides a listing of all commission meeting documents posted during the past 12 months. The documents consist of agendas, minutes, hearing notices and general meeting records. Related information will be promptly posted for the convenience of the public and any interested parties.
 
Provides an archive of commission meeting documents. The documents consist of agendas, minutes, hearing notices, adopted administrative records, general meeting records, recordings of meetings, and other various records.
 
The Air Quality Control Commission maintains a calendar of meetings including rulemaking and non-rulemaking hearings, public hearings and/or briefings. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INFORMATION LISTED ON THE LONG-TERM CALENDAR IS TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, contact the commission office at 303-692-3476.
 
Hearing guidance documents
The guidebooks have been prepared to provide members of the public and other interested parties information on the hearing processes, known as “rulemaking,” "adjudication" and "informational or public." If you wish to participate in the commission’s hearing processes, you are responsible for reviewing relevant statutes and rules that apply to the hearing process to make sure you understand your rights and responsibilities. More details regarding these processes may be found in the commission’s procedural rules, 5 CCR 1001-1, the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Act (APPCA), CRS §25-7-101, et seq., and the Colorado Administrative Procedures Act (APA), CRS §24-4-103.
