The Denver Foundation’s Colorado Access Fund will provide funding for existing partnerships between community organizations and local public health agencies.
CDPHE’s SIM Fund will provide funding for behavioral health prevention and screening.
Applicants may apply to either funding source or both. We’ve streamlined this process by developing one application for both funding opportunities. However, once awards are announced, The Denver Foundation and CDPHE will process their own contracts so an applicant may receive two awards with two contracts issued.
