Colorado assessment and planning advisory council
Community-driven assessment and planning is a best practice and is critical to effectively improving the health and well-being of Coloradans. In order to complete an assessment and develop this plan, a multi-sectoral group of diverse, creative, dedicated individuals must come together to guide the process. The APAC is:

Advises CDPHE on how to develop and implement an effective assessment and planning process
