We know in this uncertain time that you have questions. While we are adding staff to answer calls, the phone lines are still very busy. You may not be able to get through and if you do, you will be on hold for a long time. 

We want to help you. Please review the FAQs. You may find the answer to your question. We are updating these regularly as we get more information and new questions come to us. 

All eligible claimants will receive the extra $600/week benefit available under the CARES Act. The $600/week will be added to your regular benefit when you request payment on your claim. You do not need to take any action other than continue your regular payment request process. These benefits are retroactive to March 29, 2020.
