The Public Contracts for Services law imposes requirements upon persons who have a public contract for services with state agencies or political subdivisions. Contractors may choose to use the Department Program as an alternative to E-Verify. For additional information, you may wish to contact the Division of Labor Standards and Statistics, the state agency or political subdivision involved with the contract, or an attorney.

The Division of Labor Standards and Statistics will take written complaints and investigate contractors and subcontractors to assess their level of compliance with the Public Contracts for Services and Illegal Aliens law. If you wish to make a complaint you must fully complete the Public Contracts for Services Immigration Complaint Form.
