Foreign Agricultural Labor & Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers
The Foreign Labor program (H-2A visa program) is designed to allow foreign nationals entry into the U.S. to work in the agricultural industry, to meet needs that are temporary and seasonal in nature, when there is not sufficient U.S. workers available. More>
Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers program provide assistance to those employees categorized as a migrant farmworker, a seasonal farmworker, or a migrant food processing worker. Employers can access information about recruiting for those types of occupations, pre-occupancy housing inspections for agricultural growers and information on other closely related programs such as the Foreign Labor Certification process for the importation of foreign temporary agricultural workers.
