Public Invited to Southern Colorado Community Meetings About Division of Vocational Rehabilitation's Services
The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) is hosting a series of public meetings in Southern Colorado in March and April to gather input on how to better serve Coloradans with disabilities. DVR serves communities across by connecting jobseekers with disabilities with meaningful employment and a path to personal independence.
Three public meetings, including a meeting specifically on DVR’s Youth Transition Services, will be held in Southern Colorado in March and April. The Youth Transition Services meeting on March 29th will provide parents with an opportunity to learn more about and provide feedback on programs for students and pre-employment transition services. The two additional meetings are open to any interested community members.
