Initial Meeting

Contact your local workforce Business Services Representative to schedule an initial meeting. In this meeting we will discuss the pieces of the registered apprenticeship program, what occupations you’d like to register, and how we can help provide you creditable apprenticeship candidates. Find your local representative>

Develop your Program

A Business Support Representative can help you complete and submit the required application forms (below) to become a registered apprenticeship program with the US Department of Labor. This will include identifying:

Once the forms are completed, the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship will work with you on final approval of the program. Submit to:
