What Colorado Needs to Prevent Substance Abuse

On behalf of the Office of Behavioral Health, a team from the Colorado Health Institute recently traveled 3,546 miles across Colorado to identify the best ideas and programs for preventing youth from using and abusing substances. CHI visited the front lines to talk to experts, community leaders, families and kids to understand how Colorado’s statewide funders can better use their resources to strengthen substance use prevention efforts.


Mineral County BOCC will host a public meeting to present plans for the upcoming courthouse expansion/renovation project on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 beginning at 5 pm.  A presentation will be made beginning at 5:30 pm with plenty of time for questions and comments to follow.  Planned end to the meeting is 7 pm.  Light refreshments and beverages will be available.
