The Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services is excited to announce the registration for the annual training symposium on juvenile services is now open! The conference will be held November 6-9 at the Marriott Denver Tech Center. "Improving Juvenile Services: Identifying and Promoting Quality Practices" will be the focus of the four day event.
On August 17, DFPC’s General Board of Appeals (Board) met to hear an appeal from the Douglas County School District (District). The hearing had originally been scheduled for August 4, but was postponed due to a lack of quorum.
The Appeal concerned Section 1010.1.11 of the Division’s adopted 2015 International Building Code (IBC) (as amended):

Colorado Crisis Services recently entered into a partnership with the Department of Agriculture, Colorado State University, the Farm Bureau and the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union to spread the word about crisis services to agricultural communities.
