Take the 2018 Public Health Data Needs Survey

The Colorado State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) is asking public health and behavioral health partners across the state to complete a short needs assessment. The SEOW is a network of individuals and data experts from Colorado state agencies to examine substance use data and related behavioral problems by analytically assessing the causes and consequences of substance use. The SEOW wants to learn about your organization’s use of and need for public health data.  The findings from this assessment will help the SEOW produce products and offerings that meet the data needs of our public/behavioral health partners.

The brief assessment should only take 5-10 minutes to complete. Individuals who complete the assessment will be entered in a drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card. The Evaluation Center at the University of Colorado Denver is facilitating the assessment. Your responses are confidential and the SEOW will only receive a de-identified summary of findings.
