Register for OBH Level II Four Plus Community of Practice Forums

To support the implementation of Level II Four Plus, OBH will host several small Communities of Practice (CoP) Forums across the State. These forums will be approximately 2.5 hours long and are designed to provide practical assistance to agencies who have implemented or are contemplating implementing a Level II Four Plus program.

In response to the felony DUI legislation passed in 2015, the Office of Behavioral Health, in conjunction with the Colorado Task Force on Drunk and Impaired Driving, created Level II Four Plus DUI treatment. The OBH rules providing for this new treatment Level went into effect July 1, 2017. Level II Four Plus is a specialized treatment program for those individuals who have been convicted of four or more impaired driving offenses.

We will address specific concerns, actual cases, and support agencies in dealing with challenges to implementation of Level II Four Plus.  This is a perfect opportunity to receive technical assistance and answer some tough questions you may have about Level II Four Plus, especially those that may be specific to your community.

If you are already licensed for Level II Four Plus, it is important that you are in attendance at one of the scheduled CoP Forums. If you are considering applying for a Level II Four Plus license, or just want more information about what is required, the CoP Forums will help:
