Colorado Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee Annual 2018 Report
The Colorado Office of the Attorney General, Office of Community Engagement has published the Colorado Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board 2018 Annual Report.
The Colorado Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board was created per Per C.R.S. § 24-31-702 in 2017 and is charged by the Colorado General Assembly to:
- examine data collected by review teams during the preceding year;
- identify measures to help prevent domestic violence fatalities and near-death incidents;
- establish uniform methods for collecting, analyzing, and storing data relating to domestic violence fatalities and near-death incidents; and,
- make annual policy recommendations concerning domestic violence to the Colorado General Assembly.
