CAFE Training

The CAFE is the Client Assessment, File & Event database that was developed by DVP as a client and contract management system that is an application of Salesforce.

Programs funded by DVP are required to use the CAFE to report all Monthly and Quarterly Data report and submit monthly financial reimbursements, log fire safety inspections, and more. Programs may also choose to use the CAFE as their own client management system to track information about crisis calls, clients, contacts, assessments, community events, and even volunteers.

DVP provides free training to all staff and/or volunteers at DVP-funded organizations on the CAFE. Below is a list of available online webinars for CAFE users of all experience levels:
