Gary “Bubba” DiOrio Youth Football Program
The Cañon City Recreation District’s Gary “Bubba” DiOrio Youth Football program is an introductory level program for boys and girls looking to learn about the fundamentals of football. Practices will focus on individual instruction, team play, sport specific drills and having fun.  Your children will learn the basics of football and thanks to partnerships with both the Cañon City High School and Florence High School football programs and USA Football our leagues will have quality coaches and run age appropriate systems.  All of our tackle football coaches are certified through USA Football. This program is named after longtime coach and supporter Gary "Bubba" DiOrio.
