Progress reports provide CDPHE an understanding of progress toward contract deliverables and may identify implementation challenges or technical assistance needs, allowing organizations to adjust and continuously improve their work. All organizations must submit online progress reports for all funded strategies twice per year.
Organizations are responsible for accessing and completing progress reports according to the following schedule:

Progress reports will be announced and linked in the weekly CPED Update one month prior to the progress report due date. Primary program contacts will receive a notification email that progress reports are open, but additional reminders will not be emailed.
Organizations are responsible for completing progress reports on time as a contract requirement.
Organizations will access progress reports using the email address of the primary program contact listed in the Agency Management System (AMS). Organizations must respond to all CDPHE inquiries related to progress reports.
