RFQ: Request for Qualifications Airport Master Plan Study
The San Luis Valley Regional Airport is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide planning services in the development of an Airport Master Plan Study and associated Airport Layout Plan (ALP) for the San Luis Valley Regional Airport (Airport), in Alamosa, Colorado. This RFQ for planning services will be a standalone project and is anticipated to be funded, in part, by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The Airport is seeking a consulting firm with a background of strategic development to assist in a master plan study. The master plan will serve as a 20-year development tool for airport improvement and maintenance, and will ensure the Airport’s ability to serve the San Luis Valley region, with an emphasis on self-sustaining infrastructure and management practices.
