Colorado State Fair seeks new year round food vendors

Pueblo, Colo. - The Colorado State Fair is seeking two new year round food vendors to conduct operations in the Horse Show Concession and State Fair Cafe at the Colorado State Fairgrounds, located at 1001 Beulah Avenue in Pueblo.
Concessionaire proposals will be evaluated on minimum qualifications, experience, menu and pricing, vision and concept and the soundness of methods proposed to complete the project. Concepts with Colorado Proud featured items will be given preference in the selection process. 
Horse Show Concession Information
The Horse Show Concession area is located on the north side of the fairgrounds in a fully equipped building approximately 20’ x 20’ in size. The concessionaire is required to serve lunch, dinner, alcohol and breakfast at some events. Hours of operation during the 2020 Colorado State Fair, August 28-September 7, are determined according to horse show events times and agreed upon in advance with the Horse Show Manager and Commercial Exhibits Director. In addition, multiple off-season events take place from April through October. The event sponsors and the Colorado State Fair will determine these dates and hours. 
State Fair Cafe Concession Information
The State Fair Cafe Concession area is located behind the Palace of Agriculture on the south side of the street, in a building approximately 90’ x 30’ in size. The concessionaire is required to serve lunch, dinner, alcohol and breakfast at some events. Hours of operation during the 2020 Colorado State Fair, August 28-September 7, are to be agreed upon in advance and the concessionaire must be open for any events that utilize the entire fairgrounds, including the Rocky Mountain Street Rod Nationals, June 26-28, 2020.
