  • Kelly Osthoff of Greeley, to serve as a representative with extensive knowledge and expertise in long-term care, services and support who is not a provider of such services
  • Christian M. Itin, MSW, PhD of Centennial, to serve as a representative of an institution of higher education in a field related to older adult populations
