Purpose

The purpose of the Complementary and Integrative Health (formerly Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Advisory Committee) is to advise the Department as it reviews elements of the Complementary and Integrative Health waiver (formerly the SCI waiver). 

Since July 2021 the Committee has focused on expansion of the waiver based on Senate Bill (SB) 21-038.

Our meeting has a standing time and will be hosted virtually:

  • Starting in 2024, this committee will meet quarterly on the third Wednesday of the month in February, May, August, and November.

  • May 15, 2024 from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.
  • August 21, 2024 from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.
  • November 20, 2024 from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.

Want to participate? - All committee positions have been filled. However, this is an open public meeting and people from the public are welcome to attend and participate during any meeting. A time for Open Forum for public comment is available near the end of each meeting.
