Colorado has received a year-long planning grant from the federal Administration for Community Living to complete a No Wrong Door Implementation Plan. This 3-year plan will detail the implementation of a statewide No Wrong Door system in Colorado. This system will aim to make it easy for people of all ages, disabilities and income levels to learn about and access the Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) they need allowing for a more streamlined LTSS enrollment process.
This project is a joint effort of the:
The No Wrong Door Project Team, comprised of representatives from HCPF, SUA, OBH, and DVR, Nonprofit Impact (meeting facilitators) and the Colorado Health Institute (content and policy experts) will work with the No Wrong Door Planning Advisory Group to draft the Implementation Plan.
