The purpose of the Advocates Communication (AdCom) meeting is to ensure ongoing, transparent, and collaborative communication between the Division for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) and the advocacy stakeholders.
The meetings of the AdCom are divided into two types: Advocates-Only AdCom meetings and Joint HCPF/DIDD and Advocates AdCom meetings.
All AdCom meetings are scheduled for the 4th Friday of the month, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, and are in-person and call-in.
The location of the AdCom meetings varies, due to venue limitations. Please see the meeting documents below for a given month, or contact the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (see below) to be added to the email list to receive meeting reminders and documents.

There are no defined criteria for attending the meeting. All members of the public interested in issues related to services and supports for individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities and their families, are welcome to attend.
