The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (Department) is pleased to announce we are accepting applications for the Accountable Care Collaborative Program Improvement Advisory Committee (PIAC).
The Department is restructuring PIAC to align with the goals of the next phase of the Accountable Care Collaborative, which will begin July 1, 2018. The Department expects the new PIAC will begin meeting in late summer/early fall of 2018.
To apply to become a member of PIAC, please fill out the application below by June 1, 2018. The Department expects to notify potential committee members in June. For assistance with the application or to request an accommodation, please contact Sophie Thomas at Sophie.Thomas@state.co.us.

The purpose of this meeting is for stakeholders to share feedback and issues they're hearing regarding ACC Phase II. The Department will not be responding to issues raised during this meeting, but will share feedback directly with the ACC Phase II Triage Center, Regional Accountable Entities, Health First Colorado Member Contact Center, Health First Colorado Enrollment and DXC Technologies.
