Co-chair Information

On April 24, 2019, the Adult Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Waiver Redesign stakeholders completed a process to select three Stakeholder Co-chairs, representing family members and providers. The Department has appointed a staff person as a fourth co-chair. These actions were the result of agreements made between stakeholders and the Department between March 12 and April 22, 2019 on a revised stakeholder engagement process for this work. The intent of this revision is to improve stakeholder engagement and transparency of this work. The role of these Stakeholder Co-chairs includes and is limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with the Department to design and prepare the IDD Waiver Redesign Stakeholder Meetings
  • In response to stakeholder input, collaborate with the Department to improve stakeholder engagement for this work
  • Communicate jointly with the Department on the above collaborative decisions made, for transparency

For any questions or comments about the stakeholder engagement related to this work, stakeholders can contact any or all of the Co-chairs at:

Reasonable accommodations for the meetings will be provided upon request for persons with disabilities.
