Gov. Polis appoints District Court Judge in 19th Judicial District

DENVER — Gov. Jared Polis today announced the appointment of Vincente G. Vigil as a district court judge in the 19th Judicial District to fill a vacancy created by Senate Bill 19-043.

Vigil is an attorney at the Law Office of Robert Ray, a position he has held since 2014. His practice consists primarily of felony and misdemeanor criminal defense matters. Previously, he was a partner at Man & Vigil, LLC (2013-2014), and a Deputy State Public Defender in the Greeley Office (2008-2013). Virgil earned his B.A. from Colorado State University in 2005, and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2008.

Vigil’s appointment is effective immediately.
