Expand Child Care Expenses Income Tax Credit

Concerning the expansion of the income tax credit for child care expenses that is a percentage of a similar federal income tax credit.

Childhood Cancer Awareness Special License Plate

Concerning the creation of a childhood cancer awareness license plate, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.

Sunset Continue Civil Rights Division And Commission

Reps. Duran & Herod / Sen. Gardner

Concerning continuation of the regulation of civil rights issues, and, in connection therewith, implementing the recommendation in the Department of Regulatory Agencies' 2017 sunset review and report on the Colorado Civil Rights Division and the Colorado Civil Rights Commission to continue the Division and Commission and making an appropriation.

Affordable Housing Tax Credit

Concerning the Colorado affordable housing tax credit, and, in connection therewith, renaming the low-income housing tax credit the Colorado affordable housing tax credit and extending the period during which the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority may allocate affordable housing tax credits.
