DENVER – Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019 – The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) today announced the launch of the Colorado Industrial Strategic Energy Management (I-SEM) program. The Colorado I-SEM program will provide free education workshops and energy management coaching for eligible, large industrial organizations to guide energy performance improvements.
