    Colorado Springs Utilities, in conjunction with locally-based Ward Alternative Energy, has opened a CNG fueling faclity in Colorado Springs, using a $500,000 Colorado Energy Office (CEO) grant and a Department of Local Affairs grant. The station is one of many in a network of stations funded through CEO's ALT Fuels Colorado program.
