Vision For the Future

CRFR is in an exciting time of transition. During this time, we are developing a comprehensive Strategic Plan to guide us into the future, and conducting a nation-wide search for a permanent Fire Chief who will lead us there. Our leadership team is focusing on doing what is
(a) right for our communities, (b) right for our organization, and (c) right for leadership transition. Above all, CRFR is an engaged, professional, and high achieving organization. CRFR's people are its greatest asset, and as such, CRFR personnel have and will continue to provide excellent service to our customers/citizens. Respectfully,
Randy Callahan - Fire Chief   12
