Colorado QuitLine (website available in English and Spanish)

  • A free service available to Colorado residents 12 and older.
  • The QuitLine provides special online tools, a support team of coaches, and nicotine replacement therapy.
  • The expert coaches can talk to you about overcoming common barriers, such as dealing with stress, fighting cravings, coping with irritability, and controlling weight gain.
  • Individuals who use menthol tobacco or nicotine products are eligible for up to 16 weeks of free nicotine replacement products (lozenges, patches, and gum) and $50 in gift cards.
  • Call 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669) or visit the Colorado QuitLine website to learn how to quit tobacco today.

My Life My Quit

Individuals between 12 and 17 can access free, confidential support to quit by visiting My Life My Quit or texting "Start" to 36072.

Quitting resources, information on the problem of tobacco in our state, and ways to get involved in the fight against tobacco. Spanish resources are available at ColoradoSinTabaco.

Baby & Me Tobacco Free

The Baby & Me Tobacco Free Program offers free counseling for those who are pregnant. Those who are pregnant and their partners are eligible for vouchers for free diapers when they commit to quit tobacco and stay tobacco-free after the baby is born.
