The Old Age Pension Dental Assistance Program (OAP) is no longer funded. This program provided dental services to low-income seniors in Colorado. Senate Bill 14-180 ended the OAP dental program on June 30, 2015 and created a new program for eligible seniors which began July 1, 2015. The new program, Colorado Dental Health Care Program for Low-Income Seniors, is administered by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing.
