Nutrient monitoring is ongoing and facility reports are due every year.
- Customized forms are distributed to facilities by email during the first quarter of each year.
- If you don't receive a form, please request one via email.
- Data should be submitted electronically using the form provided by the division (at the beginning of each calendar year) or via the Colorado Data Sharing Network.

Access nutrient monitoring data
After review and approval, data are uploaded to the EPA's data warehouse known as the Water Quality Exchange or WQX. The data in WQX are available to anyone through the National Water Quality Monitoring Council’s Water Quality Portal or WQP.
