Many of these programs are available to those that meet certain requirements, including income requirements. Those income numbers are based on the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).

Family planning resources
FPL = 0-250%: You may be eligible for family planning services on a sliding scale.
Nutrition support
FPL = 100-185%: You may be eligible for a food program for women and children under age five called WIC.
Colorado Health Service Corps clinics
FPL = 0-200%: An outpatient, primary care, dental, or mental health clinic may be eligible to participate in the National Health Service Corps or Colorado Health Service Corps on a sliding scale.
Women’s health screenings
FPL = 0-250%: You may be eligible for cardiovascular screening for women through WISEWOMAN.
FPL = 0-250%: You may be eligible for breast and cervical cancer screening for women through Women’s Wellness Connection.
