State Managerial Emotional Intelligence Coaching Program

The Emotional Intelligence (EI) Coaching Program is based on industry research indicating that well-tuned competencies in the areas of self-awareness, self-management, social/organizational awareness and relationship management are demonstrated by our most successful leaders. The CSEAP EI Coaching program seeks to encourage the development and expansion of Emotional Intelligence in existing and emerging state leaders. Our program, available to managers and leaders employed by the State of Colorado, includes a 360 assessment and complimentary coaching sessions.

Here’s how the Emotional Intelligence Program works:

Call CSEAP at 1-800-821-8154 to schedule a consultation with our EI Program Lead, Jeremiah Dahlen.

Engage in the ESCI process by working with your state agency to arrange payment for the 360 assessment. You’ll acquire your current Emotional Intelligence rating provided by your colleagues, peers, employees, and leaders.

Attend coaching sessions. Your first session will include a review your ESCI results while following sessions will focus on areas for growth and expansion in the quadrants of emotional intelligence. Coaching sessions are typically 1 hour in length and are a complimentary part of this service.

Coaching sessions are now available via video appointment.

but also by how well we handle ourselves and each other.”
