  1. Appointment Scheduler Page

    • At the Appointment Scheduler page please select the Schedule Appointment button. The user will be taken to the Select Service page.
  2. Select Service Page

    • The user will review the services available and select the service they want by clicking on the select button, and then the next button button which is located in the bottom right corner of the page. The user will then be taken to Step 2 of the process: Choose an Office page.
  3. Select an Office Page

    • A list of offices will appear to the user. Use the radio buttons to the right of the screen to select either the closest or most appropriate office for the service you selected and then click next button , which will take the user to the Choose a Day and Time page.
  4. Choose a Day & Time

    • A full calendar will be displayed for the user. A appointment can be scheduled up to 180 days in advance.
    • Select the month and year by selecting the arrow keys located on either side of the month that is displayed. The user will navigate to their desired month, which will show all days that are available for scheduling.
    • User navigates to the day they would like to select and clicks the "Select a Time" down arrow button, which will display all of the available times. User then selects the time and selects the next button button which takes the user to the Enter your Information page.
  5. Enter your Information Page

    • User enters all required information denoted by an * sign and selects the next button button which takes user to the Verify your Information page.
  6. Verify your Information Page

    • If there is a change that the user would like to make, the user selects the edit button button and will be taken back to the appropriate page, where the user will make the edit and repeat steps to navigate forward.
    • User confirms information and selects the next button button and will be taken to the Confirmation page.
  7. Confirmation Page

    • The user will see all of the information they have entered. The user will also have the opportunity to Print the confirmation by selecting the print confirmation button button, or select the Continue to Smart Start button button which will take them to the Smart Start page.
