About this Case:
On the evening of December 16, 1993, Stephen Nieto was walking home when he and his friend were confronted by an unknown suspect. During the confrontation, the unknown suspect shot Stephen Nieto and then fled the location. Stephen Nieto was transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately did not survive.
