About this Case:
On October 28, 1978, officers were called to the area of East 33rd Avenue and Downing Street on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located 26 year old Richard Louis McDougle in the parking lot across the street from a drinking establishment called Other Side of the Road Bar. Mr. McDougle was immediately transported from the scene to a local hospital but died from the gunshot wound he sustained. The suspect(s) responsible for this murder remain unknown.
