About this Case:
On August 4, 2004, officers were called to the Bluebird Theater on a report of a fight where shots had been fired. Upon arrival, 21 year old Kurt Levias was located and found to be suffering from gunshot wounds. Kurt was taken to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. The investigation found Kurt had been involved in an argument with another male and that this argument continued outside where the shooting transpired.
