About this Case:
On February 7, 1994 officers responded to the 9000 block of East Girard after receiving a report of a shooting. Upon arrival they located 23 year old Leonard Howard suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The investigation found that Mr. Howard was shot to thwart off a threat from a home invasion burglar.
