About this Case:
On June 20, 1973, residents of the apartment complex located near the intersection of 27th and California Street heard gunshots within the building and notified the police. Upon arrival, officers located the victim within a vacant room, and later identified him as 20 year old Paul Thomas Hill. Mr. Hill had been shot to death.
